For instance, if you mix one teaspoon of turmeric with one cup of  milk and apply it on your joints, you’ll get relief from pain. It will not only provide you comfort from joint pain, but also from the other aches that occur in different body parts. However, if milk is not available in your home for the time being, you can alternatively used warm water instead of it, and that mixture should be applied on the specific area three times a day.
